|Recommended: YesGreat location, clean, well kept facility — Verandas is a nice overall community. Ammenities meet the needs of the residents. Maintenance staff is prompt on repairs. Security is great Front door of buildings and front door of units are very secure. Options for covered parking. Dog park is nice if you have a dog, otherwise many areas for dog walks outside the park. Quiet community overall.

|Recommended: YesReview — I have lived at Verandas for the past 3 years, and I hands down believe there is no better apartment complex in Springfield. This property stays very clean and, for the most part, the other residents are caring and considerate. Dog poop is rarely left anywhere on the property, and they always respond to bad weather through shoveling salting promptly. The maintenance staff has always been great and respectful when in your space. There has been some change in staff since I started living here, and I have no complaints even throughout the changes. They are friendly, helpful, and try to tend to your need as best as they can. We have a dog and have enjoyed keeping him socialized with the other friendly dogs and dog owners in the complex. Will continue to recommend this apartment complex 10 times over

|Recommended: YesLOVE the Verandas — This is such a great place to live I have a studio and it is very nice roomy. I love the hardwood floors, the nice spacious bathroom and the cabinets in the kitchen Wow Only wish I had one more closet and a window as the only natural light I have is from my sliding glass door out to my patio. It's very quiet and I love seeing all the dogs Hope to stay here for a long time

|Recommended: YesAbsolutely Stunning — The Verandas is by far the best choice someone can make if they are looking for apartments. I continue to be stunned at how well maintained the buildings and grounds are, as well as the amount of communication from the staff. Whenever we needed something, staff has been quick to respond and would get the ball rolling on getting everything sorted out immediately. The Verandas is also pet friendly which is a major plus
