|Recommended: YesHighly recommend living anywhere managed by TLC — We have been very happy renting from TLC properties and don’t have enough good things to say about them. Their customer service is outstanding and they really do go the extra mile to make sure you’re happy in your home. We initially rented a ground floor unit and was not happy with the unit in so they moved us into a larger unit on the third floor that fit our needs much better as quickly as possible. When I had thyroid cancer surgery and the air-conditioning stopped working, they prioritized getting us a window unit immediately at 12 30 a.m. and had it repaired the next day. I can personally attest that they go above and beyond to get maintenance emergencies addressed as quickly as possible. As the wife caregiver of a combat wounded veteran, I can also say that we have been shown nothing but kindness and respect here and quite enjoy the peacefulness and all the wonderful amenities that they do keep maintained. Maintenance is always courteous, respectful and hard-working. The grounds are kept clean and in good order. Office staff is always welcoming and helpful. The only complaint I could even come close to possibly thinking of is more of a suggestion. We would love to have a Smith machine in the gym lol . But in all seriousness, this is a great place for anybody who wants a well-maintained community and if you’re inconsiderate, rude or loud neighbor this probably isn’t the place for you lol.

|Recommended: YesNew Tenant at Verandas — The staff here Luke has been amazing helping me get set up. This property is very nice. Parking lots are clean, well lit. There were a couple of minor issues with the unit which were fixed very quickly.

Management Luke is professional, friendly, and always responsive whenever something comes up. |Recommended: YesGreat apartment complex — I'm a current resident at the Verandas and I would definitely recommend living here. The quality construction layout of the apartment is very nice and spacious, amazing gym facility and pool, ad they offer a large variety of services for laundry, cleaning and pet services The complex is also very pet friendly, with a large dog park. They like to plan host monthly events like food truck days, movie parties, etc. It's a fun community and we have never had any other issues or noise complaints with any of our neighbors.

Of them all, the Verandas Apartments located in Springfield, MO is easily 1 on my list.
Why
1 For the price point, my default apartment amenities are top notch and MODERN.
Additional and very practical amenities such as individual trash collection, apartment cleaning, laundry, and even dog-walking are available upon request.
2 The apartment office staff deserves kudos for their professionalism, responsiveness, and overall courtesy.
3 The apartment maintenance crew deserves kudos, too. Their response times, professionalism, problem-solving skills, and friendliness all add to the overall experience of living here.
4 Regarding the experience... Though this complex allows dogs, I haven't seen ANY dog waste anywhere on the property.
This speaks to the caliber of the people who live here.
5 I'm disabled and use a walker.
