|Recommended: YesGreat apartment complex — I'm a current resident at the Verandas and I would definitely recommend living here. The quality construction layout of the apartment is very nice and spacious, amazing gym facility and pool, ad they offer a large variety of services for laundry, cleaning and pet services The complex is also very pet friendly, with a large dog park. They like to plan host monthly events like food truck days, movie parties, etc. It's a fun community and we have never had any other issues or noise complaints with any of our neighbors.

Of them all, the Verandas Apartments located in Springfield, MO is easily 1 on my list.
Why
1 For the price point, my default apartment amenities are top notch and MODERN.
Additional and very practical amenities such as individual trash collection, apartment cleaning, laundry, and even dog-walking are available upon request.
2 The apartment office staff deserves kudos for their professionalism, responsiveness, and overall courtesy.
3 The apartment maintenance crew deserves kudos, too. Their response times, professionalism, problem-solving skills, and friendliness all add to the overall experience of living here.
4 Regarding the experience... Though this complex allows dogs, I haven't seen ANY dog waste anywhere on the property.
This speaks to the caliber of the people who live here.
5 I'm disabled and use a walker.

|Recommended: YesAll-Inclusive Vacation Apartment in a Package — This is my second time living here and both times have been an excellent experience. The managers are very knowledgeable and go above and beyond to ensure that your needs are met quickly and efficiently. Josh King was readily available to answer questions, polite and courteous, and very welcoming when taking care of the initial paperwork and getting acquainted with the property. The residents here are friendly and the property is well-maintained. There is an amazing swimming pool, dog play area, fitness facility, and beautiful rooms. This Mediterranean-style property also offers extra amenities a pet- friendly dog walking service, housecleaning, etc. Check it out. You won’t be disappointed.

|Recommended: YesGreat location, clean, well kept facility — Verandas is a nice overall community. Ammenities meet the needs of the residents. Maintenance staff is prompt on repairs. Security is great Front door of buildings and front door of units are very secure. Options for covered parking. Dog park is nice if you have a dog, otherwise many areas for dog walks outside the park. Quiet community overall.

|Recommended: YesReview — I have lived at Verandas for the past 3 years, and I hands down believe there is no better apartment complex in Springfield. This property stays very clean and, for the most part, the other residents are caring and considerate. Dog poop is rarely left anywhere on the property, and they always respond to bad weather through shoveling salting promptly. The maintenance staff has always been great and respectful when in your space. There has been some change in staff since I started living here, and I have no complaints even throughout the changes. They are friendly, helpful, and try to tend to your need as best as they can. We have a dog and have enjoyed keeping him socialized with the other friendly dogs and dog owners in the complex. Will continue to recommend this apartment complex 10 times over
